Do we accept returns?
In general, yes. Returns are accepted.
How long do I have?
The return window is 7 days after the arrival of your products.
What will I get back?
We will inspect the product and if everything's all right then you will be issued a full refund ❤️
however
If you are returning something due to a fault then please specify in the return email so that we are aware of what went wrong.
How do I return something?
you will need to purchase your own shipping label.
Purchase a shipping label via a carrier of your choice. When choosing a return adress/postcode make sure to use the return adress/postcode that's on the package you received. If you no longer have the return adress please contact us and ask for it.
Do not select shipping that will take longer than 4 weeks to arrive back with us. If the package doesn't arrive after 4 weeks we can only issue you a %50 refund, and it it takes longer than 7 weeks we can only issue a %25 refund
This is fine as most shipping carriers offer compensation for lost/damaged/late packages and you will likely gain your money back.
Send us an email or message on Instagram to notify us that you are returning an item. (We'll usually respond within 24 hours)
